A Krivic built home with the desire to build a single level home with two distinctive zones for adults and children to have an abundance of natural light, an indoor/outdoor entertainment area and to achieve a green star rating.

The style of the home needed to be contemporary with a 'beach feel'.

The front of the home was zoned for the adults which incorporated the master suite, home office and a private courtyard.

The rear of the home incorporated the childrens zone which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, seperate living area and direct access to the rear lawn area.

This was left with a central core that rose above the rest at a height of 4.4 metres which was the main living, kitchen, dining and outdoor entertainment area overlooking the lap pool.
