REPORT MAINTENANCE
Maintenance requests are available around the clock. You can report property maintenance needs any day, at any time. Once logged, our Property Management team will promptly forward the request to your Landlord for their instructions.
Should an urgent issue arise, you can escalate it through our chat service. We’ll help determine if it requires after-hours attention, isolate the issue, and ensure the safety of both you and the property. Our preferred after-hours contractors can still be contacted in line with the below information after logging your request.
EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
The constitution of an emergency for the purposes defined herein is work that requires immediate attention (e.g. burst water pipe, electrical fire etc.). If you have endeavoured to contact our office and your Property Manager, unsuccessfully for the required approval then it is requested that in such an emergency you contact the following: –
