Landlords Contents
Up to $20,000 for loss or damage caused by fire, storm, fusion, impact, theft (not by tenants), water damage, malicious damage, earthquake, riots and more

Loss of Rent
For up to a year, if the premise becomes untenantable following any of the events for which we insure your landlord contents.

Rent Default
For up to 15 weeks arising from default in payment or departure of tenants without notice including:

Rent Loss if your property is left untenantable due to deliberate or intentional damage by tenants, and;

Up to $5,000 in legal expenses incurred in recovering defaulted rent.

Deliberate or Malicious Damage by Tenants
By any means whatsoever up to $50,000.

Legal Liability
For bodily injury or property damage arising out of the ownership of the property for $20,000,000.

The only excess you will pay is $50 for Landlord contents.

All other claims are, with the exception of Earthquake ($200) are excess free.

For owners of properties managed by Taplin Real Estate the cost per annum is $195.00 and is totally tax deductible.
