Please take notice that all repairs or maintenance must be reported to our office during business hours and our staff will arrange to obtain the Landlord’s approval for the necessary tradespeople to attend as soon as possible.

Should you instigate any repairs or maintenance without proper authority you do so at your cost (except in cases of emergency).

The constitution of an emergency for the purposes defined herein is work which requires immediate attention e.g. burst water pipe, electrical fire etc. If you have endeavoured to contact our office unsuccessfully for the required approval then it is requested that in such an emergency you contact the following:
